Redheaded Mermaid

Original on wood with copper leafed frame. I love painting women as mermaids. I found some wood with fantastic grain and wanted to tie that texture in with the piece. This is the fastest painting I ever made and I'm really proud of how it turned out! I just sat down, drew it up, and finished it that night!
